But as with sharp (acute) angles?

In the angle welding with MIG...... It' s not possibol with tig..........

Could be better Tig welding. Is look like fisrt or secont time hoold torch. Sharp angles can be weld with Tig, just need more practice. But with a mig would be better becausebecause less deformed metal

I've seen Italo Sciacca's designs in CKC magazine. Is he a friend of yours?
Nice design, but I'm not sure about using Caterham's "7" logo on the grill.

Also, looks like headlight viewing angles might be a problem.
